This is an original 1996 contract for Dogs Eye View concert in Pittsburgh, PA, acquired directly from Mike Elko of Elko Concerts. The contract includes: A main contract signed by frontman Peter Stuart, a rider, an input list, various receipts, an unused ticket for the event, and a flyer for the event.

 Only one contract is created per show, making this an all original and one of a kind piece of music history.

Disclaimer: Often these  contracts were signed by a proxy/agent of the artists on their half but as far as we can tell this appears to have been signed by the original guitarist Rick Hirsch himself.
